How I work
- You do not need to prepare anything before sessions.
- You are free to share as much or as little as you want.
- We move at your pace. Nothing is forced.
- Silence is welcome too.
There are all sorts of feelings in response to grief. You may feel numb, sad, angry, confused, or all of those things at different times. Counselling is a space where grief is welcomed in whatever form it takes, and my role is to be alongside you when it feels overwhelming.
